Job Duties Knowledge of Federal and State (e.
g.
, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Louisiana) regulations governing site TCS.
Serves as Key Leader and Technical Manager for our Domestic Tank Cleaning Solutions (TCS) Division.
Ensures Health and Safety (H&S) is the TCS Division's number one goal by assuring personnel follow Amerapex H&S policies, processes, and procedures while always acting in a safe manner.
Manage and oversee midsize to large TCS projects, technically complex projects involving environmental TCS activities related to soil and ground water TCS.
Prepare proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding customer issues.
Oversee TCS operations manager and field supervisors to assure attainment of project objectives and remedial budget expectations.
Assist in managing procurement activities for division and projects including materials, equipment rental, temporary labor, and subcontractors.
Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection.
Enforce the policies and procedures as they relate to Health & Safety.
Will be measured off the division's health and safety record.
Works closely with the Director of Health and Safety in resolving issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Oversees TCS systems, processes, and infrastructure while anticipating operational and tactical risks; provides strategic solutions and ensures all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed in accordance with regulatory-based practices.
Create initiatives for long term company goals and communicate effectively with Senior Management/Board officials about shifting priorities and project needs.
Coordinate and oversee interdepartmental teams to promote the exchange of ideas with cross-functional learning opportunities.
Motivate employees across various project teams to meet performance standards through proven initiatives.
Identify potential operational concerns and work with affected teams to troubleshoot, find solutions, and maximize efficiency and revenue.
Works closely with upper management on projects; identify market changes to adapt and create operational shifts as needed while maintaining alignment with company goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Utilize diverse skill set to have a big picture approach towards upper management concerns and find best practices/approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both Executives and employees.
Strong personal and professional judgment to respond quickly amid shifting initiatives and priorities.
Corporate organizational skills to adapt through various processes, operational functions, and projects.
Industry specific background in environmental TCS.
Education/Credentials Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related technical field, preferred.
10-15 years TCS Project/Program Management experience in a multi-state/location environment.
